- MADE FROM CURD: TAATRA Cow Ghee is made the traditional way from curd. Milk is boiled and cooled to lukewarm, then cultured with a small amount of curd and left undisturbed for 6-8 hours to set. The curd is churned traditionally to separate the butter, which is then heated on low flame until it becomes ghee. The ghee obtained is strained through a fine sieve.
